Hi folks,
This is our audio drama showcase where we discuss great public domain audio dramas on a weekly basis. If you are subscribed to our newsletter and registered on our site you will have free access to these great audio downloads.
This week we continue with the third and final in our three part series showcasing the work of Carlton Morse. Among the really big names in Radio Drama production from the golden age of radio there is one we haven’t showcased to date. It’s not because he was any less talented than these others (Orson Wells, Norman Corwin, Arch Oboler etc.) but because he specialised in the creation of serials – a format that doesn’t lend itself to showcasing without a significant commitment of time. Well to remedy this we are going to showcase Carlton Morse’s short, three part serial, “The Girl on Shipwreck Island” one last time. Enjoy!
